Description
Fermata Alpi Graie opens its restaurant to the public in 2021, after six years of catering reserved only for guests of the inn. Ours is a small restaurant in stone and wood, set in a large garden with trees, in the heart of the Southern Graian Alps. The cuisine is the one that comes from the use of local products and ancient Alpine recipes, respecting tradition and adding a little modernity.
