Description

The San Michele Brewery was born in October 2010 from the passion for craft beer and the desire to make known the taste of real beer which at the time, dominated by the industrial one, was almost unknown. The discovery of craft beer by the founder Bruno Gentile dates back to the 90s, thanks to an encounter with an old and wise brewer from Northern Europe, in which Bruno is illuminated by a taste experience never tried before: he grows like this, as for game, the desire to share this experience with friends, neighbors, people from their own country. The game becomes a real passion and so, in a former cotton mill of the end of the 800th century in Sant'Ambrogio di Torino, at the foot of the Piedmontese Alps, the San Michele Brewery was born.

Surrounded by greenery, the San Michele Brewery uses only the highest quality raw materials, is very attentive to environmental sustainability and is committed every day to a meticulous research on the aromas and flavors of its beers and their combinations with food.
