Description
We have been present in the area since 2006 but after completing his studies at the hotel school, chef Giovanni Tagliavini immediately began to work, becoming passionate about Piedmontese cuisine, revisiting it in a modern key.
Much attention is paid to the egg pasta prepared by hand with a careful search for ground flours as in the past of exclusively Piedmontese grains.
We only use Piedmontese Fassone meat and excellent local cheeses.
The fresh black truffle, present all year round, enriches some dishes on our menu.
The desserts present are exclusively homemade.
