Description
The Vicciola is the Piedmontese bovine breed bred with hazelnuts. The Vicciola's diet, patented since 2014 and recognized by a Ministerial Regulation, is made up exclusively of mother's milk, hazelnuts, cereals, bran, broad beans and hay, without the addition of any type of compound feed or mineral supplement. Only hazelnuts of Italian origin are used. The cholesterol levels are below wild fish and the nutritional properties reach unique values.
