Villa of the Queen
Description
On the Turin hill stands Villa della Regina, an immense space surrounded by Italian gardens with pavilions and water features that overlook the city, giving away a Breath-taking view to its visitors.
The Villa born first as hilly court vineyard of Cardinal Maurizio and Princess Ludovica, over time it became the residence of duchesses, princesses and queens of the House of Savoy until the nineteenth century.
The charming baroque building it represents the tastes of the European courts of the eighteenth century, but its beauty is still recognized today.
